The event request process:

1. To reserve a facility for your event please email our Special Events and Conferences Manager, Charles Ricketts, at cricketts@tidybio.net.
2. Lincoln University special events manager will contact you for details.
3. Upon receipt, the Office of Special Events will review the request and confirm availability of requested facilities and/or dates.
4. Contract will be sent once details are confirmed.
5. Once contract is signed, client MUST obtain liability insurance for the event, no matter the size.
6. Your event date has arrived!
